What is USEV?

The University of Strathclyde Eco Vehicle Society (USEV) is a fully student led team that designs, builds, and tests a highly efficient battery powered electric vehicle to compete in the Shell Eco Marathon. 

The Shell Eco Marathon (SEM) is an international competition where teams compete against each other in a race judged on fuel efficiency. USEV competes in the Battery-Electric Prototype category within the SEM Europe & Africa division. 

The team also looks to develop its relations with both sponsors and gain exposure in the sustainable engineering sector through marketing campaigns to showcase renewable engineering! 

What is the Shell Eco Marathon?

USEV competes in the Battery-Electric Prototype category within the SEM Europe & Africa division. The competition is a great opportunity to meet students from all over the world.
